SECOND TERM NEWS LETTER 2025/2026 SESSION
Appreciation: we thank God for the success of the just conclude second term. We sincerely appreciate all our fragrance parents for their cooperation this term. The Lord bless you indeed.
Vacation: The school officially vacated for the second term holidays on Friday 27th March, 2026. The examination scripts for the Nursery and Basic Classes have been duly distributed.
Parents who are yet to pick the examination scripts of their child/ ward and that of the secondary section should do so on Tuesday 7th April 2026.
Resumption: School resumes for third term on Monday 20th April, 2026.
School portal:Â As we all know, the school portal is were we have access to the termly result of our children/wards.
Due to the constant glitches we experience while using cloudnotte portal. The school decided to use a new school management system to avoid previous displeasure experienced while using cloudnotte.
The New School portal we shall be using is called TUTELAGE MANAGERS. As such you will receive new login details to help you access your child’s results.ÂAlso be rest assured that all past results while using cloudnotte are intact with the school.Â
Parents will be notified via the different Whatsapp platforms when result are published for viewing.
The School by Next Term (Third term) will be onboarding the nursery classes ( Pre- nursery, Nursery One and Nursery Two) into School portal. This is to ensure a uniform result system for the entire school.
Prompt Payment of Fees:Â All fees are expected to be paid on or before resumption. Payment of fees is expected to be made through all the appropriate channels.
No use of cheque. Only App transfers or bank deposit.
The only POS terminal allowed for payment is the school’s POS. No external POS is permitted. This is strictly for coordination.Â
Once payment is made, proof of payment must be sent strictly using the approved admin phone numbers.
Holiday Project:Â All holiday projects are expected to be properly done and the books/materials returned in good order. Parents please ensure that the exact number of books sent home is what returns back to school to avoid misplacement of books already issued by the school.
Uniform & Hair do: Parents please ensure that uniforms of your children/wards are in good order and are in conformity with school standards.
Graduation/ End of Session Party: This is to notify parents that starting from next term, only the following classes will be graduating into new classes. They are:
Basic 5
JSS 3
SS3.
The Pre- nursery and Nursery 3 classes will no longer be part of graduands.
WAEC EXAMINATION: The 2026 official WAEC Time table is out.Â
Students in examination classes (JSS3 & SS3) are expected to come for extension classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during this holiday period.
Entrance Examination 2026/2027 Session: The First batch of entrance examination into JSS One for 2026/2027 academic session is scheduled to hold on SATURDAY 9th May, 2026. Sales of forms are available at the school’s admin unit.Subsequent batches will be communicated.Please inform friends and family who will be interested.
School Bus Service: We appreciate all our parents using the school bus service. Please note that there will be a slight increase in the bus fares. This will be communicated on the bus service platform.
Competition: In the course of the term, the school participated in different competitions we celebrate the efforts of our pupils and students.Â

Punctuality:Â The school has noticed with displeasure how students come to school very very late. Some pupils and students arrive at late as 8:30am to 9am. This is after class drills and even end of first lesson. Teachers have constantly complained about the effect of this constant lateness to classes.Â
Parents please ensure your children/ wards arrive school on or before 7:30am.
Discipline: The school has zero tolerance for all forms of indiscipline. All cases of indiscipline will be properly investigated and given appropriate disciplinary action. Â
Handkerchief: Once again we appeal to parents to include handkerchief in the bags of their children especially for lower learners.    Â

Inter House Sports Competition:Â we thank God for the success of the 3rd Biannually inter house sports competition. We appreciate our very esteemed fragrance parents for their support and presence at the sports event.
Parents complaint & Suggestions:Â The school remains open to listen to parents complaint and suggestions. All complaints and suggestions should be communicated through the heads of each section of the school In order to receive appropriate attention.
